Penerapan Arsitektur Perilaku dalam Perancangan Kampus Terpadu (Studi Kasus: Madrasah Mu’allimaat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta)

Abstract


Pada tahun 1932 Madrasah Mu’allimaat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta saat ini memiliki satu gedung induk dengan 31 kelas dan juga 13 asrama yang tersebar di tiga kelurahan yaitu, Suronatan, Notoprajan dan Kauman. Dari lokasi tersebut, fasilitas Madrasah Mu’allimaat mendominasi tiga kelurahan. Sehingga warga madrasah maupun pengguna fasilitas madrasah akan berbaur dengan masyarakat setempat dan menimbulkan intensitas keramaian yang cukup tinggi dari mobilitas yang tinggi dengan berbagai kegiatan pendidikan madrasah dan pendidikian boarding school, siswi Madrasah Mu’allimaat membutuhkan ruang gerak baru yakni Kampus Terpadu Madrasah Mu’allimaat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta yang berlokasi di Sidayu, Bantul. Melalui pendekatan Arsitektur Perilaku akan mengidentifikasi pola perilaku pengguna dalam sebuah objek dan aktivitas dari pengguna kemudian menjadi solusi desain dalam rancangan baru yang ideal dan optimal dalam bentuk Kampus Terpadu Madrasah Mu’allimaat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.

In 1932, Madrasah Mu'allimaat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta currently have one main building with 31 classes and 13 dormitories spread over three sub-districts such as Suronatan, Notoprajan, and Kauman. From these locations, Madrasah Mu'allimaat facilities dominate the three sub-districts. Students and facility users will socialize with the community and cause high crowd intensity from high mobility with various madrasah educational activities and boarding school education. Madrasah Mu'allimaat students need a new space, An Integrated Campus of Madrasah Mu'allimaat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta located in Sidayu, Bantul. Behavioral Architecture identify the boundaries of space and time in an object as well as the activities of the user in consequences aim an optimal social system that can be formed in the design of The Madrasah Mu'allimaat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Integrated Campus that supports the activities of residents involved who have high mobilities at the present and the future.
