Pemilihan Supplier Buku dengan Metode Weight Product dan Promethee pada PKBM Homeschooling Primagama Bekasi

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to select suppliers with the consistency of sending the right goods, on time, affordable prices, optimal service both in terms of communication and information. Because the problems that often occur in choosing suppliers are goods sent that are not suitable, late delivery of goods, long service and response, goods arrive damaged until the stock runs out impromptu. PKBM Homeschooling Primagama Bekasi is a company in the field of alternative education. In running its business, the company needs books to facilitate the teaching and learning process. In choosing the best book supplier, the company needs to determine the criteria and sub-criteria of each supplier. This research uses the Weight product method and the Promethee method to find the best supplier. This research was obtained from the answers of 2 respondents, namely Purchasing and Warehouse Operators. The Weight product method is intended to find the weight value of each supplier's criteria and subcriteria then the Promethee method is intended to find the value of Leaving flow, Entering flow and Net flow which later the data will be entered into Visual Promethee Academic software and will visualize the supplier ranking. The results of the research obtained that there are 7 criteria and 10 sub-criteria. Based on the ranking with Visual Promethee Academic software, it is known that the supplier Intan Pariwara has the highest value with a Net flow value of 0.2197 on the Promethee ranking and a value of 100.00 on the Performance Aggregated Score. Based on this research, the selection of the best supplier for PKBM Homeschooling Primagama Bekasi is expected to make the teaching and learning process better and more optimal

Abstrak

Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu memilih supplier dengan konsistensi kirim barang yang tepat, tepat waktu, harga terjangkau, service yang optimal baik dari segi komunikasi dan informasi. Karena masalah yang sering terjadi dalam memilih supplier adalah barang yang dikirim tidak sesuai, pengiriman barang terlambat, pelayanan serta respon yang lama, barang datang dalam keadaan rusak hingga stok yang habis dadakan. PKBM Homeschooling Primagama Bekasi merupakan perusahaan  dalam bidang pendidikan alternatif. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya perusahaan membutuhkan buku untuk memperlancar proses belajar mengajar. Dalam memilih supplier buku terbaik perusahaan perlu melakukan penentuan terhadap kriteria dan subkriteria dari setiap supplier. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Weight product dan metode Promethee guna untuk mencari supplier terbaik. Penelitian ini diperoleh dari jawaban 2 responden yaitu Purchasing dan Operator gudang. Pada metode Weight product diperuntukan untuk mencari nilai bobot setiap kriteria dan subkriteria supplier lalu pada metode Promethee diperuntukan untuk mencari nilai Leaving flow, Entering flow dan Net flow yang  nantinya data tersebut akan dimasukan ke software Visual Promethee Academic dan akan memvisualisasikan rangking supplier. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat 7 kriteria dan 10 subkriteria. Berdasarkan pemeringkatan dengan software Visual Promethee Academic diketahui bahwa supplier Intan Pariwara memiliki nilai tertinggi dengan nilai Net flow adalah 0,2197 pada Promethee rangking dan nilai 100,00 pada Performance Aggregated Score. Berdasarkan penelitian pemilihan supplier terbaik PKBM Homeschooling Primagama Bekasi ini diharapkan dapat membuat proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih baik dan lebih optimal.
