Analisis Efektivitas Mesin Moulding 1 Menggunakan Metode OEE dengan Pendekatan Cause Effect Diagram di PT. Sarana Kreasi Lestari

PT Sarana Kreasi Lestari is a company engaged in manufacturing door and window frames made from wood. The company has several types of production machines, one of which is the Molding machine. This machine acts as a wood size profile tool that will be used in making doors and window frames. Of the many production machines, the molding machine has a high frequency of downtime. An action is needed to maximize the effectiveness of this machine. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the level of effectiveness of the Molding machine using the OEE method. The results of this study show that the OEE value of the Molding machine is 44.44%, which is still below the JIPM standard of 85%. While the availability value is 70.23%, the performance value is 64.48%, and the quality of product value is 96.78%. After calculating using Six Big Losses and pareto diagrams, it is known that the value of reduce speed losses gets the highest score with a percentage of 31.97%. The next step is to analyze the cause of the high percentage of losses using the Cause effect diagram which then designs an improvement solution using the PDCA cycle.
PT Sarana Kreasi Lestari adalah Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur penghasil pintu dan kusen jendela berbahan baku kayu.Perusahaan memiliki beberapa jenis mesin produksi yang salah atunya mesin Moulding. Mesin ini berperan sebagai alat profile ukuran kayu yang akan digunakan dalam pembuatan pintu serta kusen jendela. Dari banyaknya mesin produksi, mesin Moulding memiliki frekuensi downtime yang tinggi. Diperlukannya suatu tindakan untuk memaksimalkan tingkat efektivitas mesin ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menganalisa tingkat efektivitas mesin Moulding menggunakan metode OEE hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui jika nilai OEE nesin Moulding adalah 44,44%, yang masih dibawah standar JIPM yaitu sebesar 85%. Sedangkan nilai availability sebesar 70,23%, nilai performance sebesar 64,48%, dan nilai quality of product sebesar 96,78%. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan Six Big Losses serta diagram pareto dan diketahui jika nilai reduce speed losses mendapatkan skor tertinggi dengan persentase sebesar 31,97%. Langkah selanjutnya dilakukan Analisis penyebab tingginya persentase losses dengan menggunakan Cause effect diagram yang selanjutnya melakukan perancangan Solusi perbaikan menggunakan siklus PDCA
