https://jurnal.unmer.ac.id/index.php/jpkm/article/view/11898

The issue of nutritional health among toddlers has become a concern for the Indonesian government. The aim of this initiative is twofold: firstly, to prevent and early detect stunting in toddlers by leveraging local food resources through spinach-based technology, and secondly, to enhance the skills of Posyandu health cadres in spinach-based technology and improve their knowledge on stunting prevention. The service team will provide health education on stunting prevention using lecture and discussion methods and conduct anthropometric measurements. Practical or demonstration methods will be used to make cakes and jelly candies. The next stage is evaluation. Findings from the community empowerment evaluation show that health cadres are able to make jelly candy and spinach biscuits. The level of knowledge and skills of cadres on early stunting prevention and anthropometric measurements increased compared to before community empowerment. The evaluation results for knowledge and skill levels after training were 79.4 versus 66.5 before training. Paired t-test analysis found that the p-value was 0.002, so it was concluded that there was a significant increase in knowledge and skills scores in transferring spinach technology before and after training.
Abdul QodirDwi SoelistyoningsihWira DaramatasiaAri Damayanti WahyuningrumRiza RachmadhaniSassilia Dwi Yulianti

https://jurnal.unmer.ac.id/index.php/jpkm/article/view/12229

Since 2011, the Forum Petani Bersatu (FPB) Women's Group in Lunjuk Village has been embroiled in tenurial conflict, resulting in the loss of their plantation land. Currently, most members work as laborers in oil palm plantations, earning a limited income. This community empowerment program aims to empower them as the mainstay of their family's economy by establishing a family micro-enterprise that produces processed ginger products. This is due to the easy and affordable availability of ginger in their vicinity. At the start of the activity, a counseling method was used to emphasize the importance of entrepreneurship. Following this, participants received training on ginger processing, including the production of ginger flour for instant ginger drinks, candy, dodol, and ginger syrup. The outcome of the activity was the establishment of SMEs that produce processed ginger products with an official P-IRT license from the Seluma Health Office. The small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) has been registered with the Seluma Regency Industry, Trade, and Cooperative Office to obtain a business license (HO) and receive assistance from the office. Currently, the SME produces ginger flour and markets it not only in Lunjuk village but also in Bengkulu City.
Guswarni AnwarHendri BustamamKasrina KasrinaHefri OktoyokiGunggung Senoaji

https://jurnal.unmer.ac.id/index.php/jpkm/article/view/12317

The increasing number of vehicles every year requires parking attendants who are professional and competent in managing the entry and exit of vehicles in the parking lot so as not to impede traffic. Aside from having enough parking space, a dependable parking attendant is also required to handle parking effectively. The biggest issue with this community service is a lack of awareness about parking arrangements and safe parking. This Community Service was held in collaboration with the Tulungagung Regency Transportation Service. The purpose of this activity is to develop competent professional staff in the parking sector by increasing knowledge, understanding, and abilities. The methods used in this activity are lectures, presentations, interactive questions, and answers, providing case examples and practice. From the results of the training carried out, there was an increase in the value of parking attendants' knowledge about safe parking by 31.41%. This shows that the material provided during the training can be accepted and applied well by the participants. It is envisaged that this activity will be carried out on a regular and continuous basis, allowing Tulungagung Regency parking attendants to keep their competence.
Arief NoviantoAhmad BasukiAgus Siswono

https://jurnal.unmer.ac.id/index.php/jpkm/article/view/12195

Serdang Wetan Village is one of the villages in Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia which will focus on improving welfare through science and technology, MSMEs and human resource potential. Serdang Wetan village still has several problems, where the level of education is still low, as well as the type of business of the village community which is focused only on the culinary business. The human capital has very limited skills besides local food and beverage production. Thus, it is shown the importance of encouraging job creation in the village through e-commerce media. In this digital world, people are more likely to shop using online media. E-commerce can open up even greater business opportunities, both for culinary businesses and other MSMEs. The training provided is in the form of an introduction to online business (e-commerce) with a focus on social commerce or selling using social media, to tips and tricks for selling using e-commerce. In this training, a technopreneur in the culinary field will also be invited who share her experiences in doing business using the e-commerce platform. Apart from that, following the SDGs, this activity can help village communities to expand business opportunities, so it is hoped that it can help eradicate poverty and hunger, reduce inequality, sustainable consumption, and production as well as partnerships to achieve goals.
Yoanita AlexandraNosica RizkallaSepti Fahmi ChoirisaRingkar SitumorangPurnamaningsih Purnamaningsih

https://jurnal.unmer.ac.id/index.php/jpkm/article/view/12122
Commitment to a romantic relationship is a developmental task of early adulthood that usually manifests as marriage. The government has established a minimum age of marriage for both men and women. Nonetheless, specific regions in West Java still witness marriages of couples under this prescribed age when early marriage can bring difficulties for young couples adjusting their roles as husband or wife, parents, and partaking in childcare and conflict resolution. This issue is evident in Cipacing, Jatinangor, with many instances of adolescent marriages, child stunting cases, and adolescents committing risky behaviors. Thus, the present Community Engagement (PPM) program aims to provide knowledge and awareness for adolescents and early adults regarding the significance of preparatory measures before marriage. The activity focuses on educating the meaning of marriage, essential premarital preparations, and self-identification related to marriage readiness. A total of 40 adolescents and early adults participated in the activity. Our analysis of pre-and post-test scores revealed improved mean scores by a majority of participants, indicating increased knowledge. Recommendations for future activities include optimizing the socialization process by adopting a more concise timeframe and employing a delivery method that ensures ease of comprehension, allowing the next program to run more efficiently and effectively.Vidya AnindhitaHendriati AgustianiLanggersari Elsari NoviantiAjeng Nuranti Syafitri

https://jurnal.unmer.ac.id/index.php/jpkm/article/view/11029

The Moncongloe District is an environment that is rich in potential with many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Business owners in this sector face challenges in managing business finances effectively. Limited financial knowledge is due to the fact that MSMEs do not have a financial background or formal education in this field. This makes it difficult for MSMEs to understand the terms and concepts used in financial reports. This community empowerment program aims to make a positive contribution to business development in Moncongloe District, particularly in recording business finances. The implementation method is through workshops, discussions, questions and answers, and evaluations to provide an understanding of the importance of financial reports for MSMEs. The results of the community empowerment program show that workshop participants experienced an in-depth increase in knowledge about the importance of financial reports which can improve business performance for MSME entrepreneurs and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Moncongloe District, Maros Regency. In addition, participants succeeded in understanding the tools for starting a business, namely the Business Model Canvas, and making simple financial records that can help community empowerment partners in developing more structured and innovative MSME businesses.
St Salmah SharonMuchtar MuchtarElia ArdyanAdindah Novihartina JafarYuyun Karystin Meilisa SuadeNovika Ayu Triany
