Abstract

Sustainable tourism is a type of tourism that is managed with a focus on improving quality quantitatively. One form of community/tourist involvement in the implementation of sustainable tourism is voluntourism, which is applied at the Angke Kapuk Nature Tourism Park (TWAAK) destination, offering volunteer tourists the opportunity to plant mangroves, thus becoming an attraction for tourism activities that provide a unique experience. This study aims to measure the influence of emotional solidarity on the memorable tourism experience of volunteer tourists at TWAAK using online questionnaire distribution as the data collection technique. The respondents involved were 100 tourists who had visited TWAAK more than once. Data analysis used descriptive statistics (including description and mean test) and inferential statistics with simple regression. The results of this study conclude that there is a significant influence between emotional solidarity and memorable tourism experience, where the dimension of feeling welcomed is the highest dimension in forming emotional solidarity, and the dimension of involvement is the highest dimension in forming the memorable tourism experience of volunteer tourists at TWAAK.
