Analisis Dampak Covid-19 terhadap Perekonomian dan Tenaga Kerja di Jawa Timur

Pandemi Covid-19 telah berdampak pada perekonomian nasional, terutama Provinsi Jawa Timur sebagai kontributor terbesar ketiga perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sektor-sektor yang paling rentan terdampak oleh pandemi dan memperkirakan kerugian ekonomi serta guncangan pada pasar tenaga kerja akibat penurunan permintaan akhir di sektor ekonomi di Jawa Timur. Metode yang dipakai adalah menggunakan Tabel Input-Output Inter Regional Indonesia untuk Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2016. Penggunaan analisa ditujukan untuk sektor-sektor dengan tingkat ketergantungan tinggi terhadap tenaga kerja dan simulasi perubahan permintaan akhir. Hasil analisis menunjukkan sektor yang paling terdampak adalah pertanian, perdagangan, penyediaan makanan, pergudangan, jasa angkutan, pos, dan kurir. Dalam skenario penurunan permintaan hingga 20 persen akibat kebijakan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat, terjadi penurunan output antara -1,9 hingga -7,8 persen, dengan penurunan tenaga kerja sekitar -2,8 hingga -8,5 persen. Hasil ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengantisipasi kinerja sektoral dalam menghadapi ancaman perekonomain yang ke depannya bisa terjadi sewaktu-waktu.References
