Pengaruh Belanja Pemerintah dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Formal di Indonesia

Abstract


Tenaga Kerja di Indonesia didominasi oleh tenaga kerja informal, padahal untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan diperlukan mobilitas dari tenaga kerja informal menjadi tenaga kerja formal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi pengaruh belanja pemerintah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja formal di Indonesia. Data 33 provinsi tahun 2016-2020 diolah dengan menggunakan analisis persamaan simultan 2SLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah belanja pemerintah (menurut fungsi ekonomi, infrastruktur/perumahan dan fasilitas umum, dan perlindugan sosial), PMA, dan jumlah tenaga kerja formal. Variabel yang berpengaruh positif terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja formal di Indonesia adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi, belanja pemerintah fungsi pariwisata dan PMDN. Sedangkan belanja pemerintah fungsi ekonomi, fungsi infrastruktur, PMA, dan IPM berpengaruh negatif terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja formal di Indonesia
