Dinamika Pendidikan dan Hukum di Era Digital: Tantangan dan Peluang dalam Menghadapi Transformasi Teknologi
Keywords:
Digital Education; Legal Regulation; Technology Tranformation; Digital Rights; Digital LiteracyAbstract
The digital era has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including education and law. Technological transformation creates great opportunities for the development of a more inclusive, adaptive and competency-based education system, as well as strengthening legal regulations through the digitization of judicial processes and the protection of digital rights. However, on the other hand, this dynamic also presents challenges such as the digital divide, data privacy risks, cybersecurity threats, and difficulties in regulatory adaptation to rapidly evolving technological innovations. This research aims to analyze the dynamics of education and law in the digital era with a focus on the challenges and opportunities presented by technological transformation. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, reviewing academic literature, policy documents, and relevant regulations. The results of the analysis show that the successful adaptation of education and law in the digital era is highly dependent on collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and society in creating an ecosystem that supports inclusivity, security, and innovation. This study emphasizes the importance of responsive regulations and digital literacy as key elements in dealing with the dynamics of the digital era.
