Pembersih Panel Surya 50W Menggunakan Wiper di Laboratorium Terpadu UNIPMA

Wilayah Indonesia terletak pada garis Katulistiwa. Kondisi geografis tersebut menyebabkan sinar matahari di Indonesia mencapai 4,8 kWh/m2/hari. Perkembangan teknologi, matahari dapat digunakan sebagai sumber listrik. Sumber listrik energi matahari menggunakan alat yaitu panel surya. Panel surya bisa menurun karena adanya kotoran, debu, dll. Hal tersebut menyebabkan penurunan daya listrik yang dihasilkan panel surya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di laboratorium terpadu Universitas PGRI Madiun. Tujuan penelitian, menghasilkan prototipe pembersih panel surya. Mengetahui efisiensi panel surya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental. Hasil penelitian ini pengujian dilakukan selama 14 hari dengan waktu 7 jam, yakni jam 09.00-15.00. Alat sebagai pembersih adalah wiper dengan penggerak servo, dikontrol oleh arduino. Daya rata-rata setiap jam sebelum dibersihkan 5,02 Watt efisiensinya 10,04%, setelah dibersihkan 6,65 Watt efisiensinya 13,3%. Sedangkan, daya rata-rata harian yang dihasilkan panel surya sebelum dibersihkan 5,01 Watt efisiensinya 10,02%, setelah dibersihkan 6,64 Watt efisiensinya 13,28%.
