Evaluasi Kinerja Sistem Informasi Menggunakan Framework Cobit 5 (Studi Kasus: Barenlitbangda Kabupaten Semarang)

Abstract

Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan BARENLITBANGDA Kabupaten Semarang, diterapkanlah Sistem Informasi yang berguna untuk memenuhi tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Dilakukannya evaluasi kinerja Sistem Informasi pada organisasi tersebut bertujuan untuk mencegah resiko–resiko yang terjadi dalam pengolahan data yang ada. Domain yang akan digunakan sebagai alat ukur evaluasi adalah domain Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess (MEA) COBIT 5. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah secara keseluruhan Sistem Informasi pada BARENLITBANGDA Kabupaten Semarang berada pada level kematangan 3 (Defined). Artinya secara umum prosedur SI/TI sudah dijalankan dan sudah menggunakan TI untuk menunjang operasionalnya akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya masih bergantung pada individu yang paham akan IT.
