Jurnal Pariwisata Pesona (JPP) was founded in 1997 by Diploma in Tourism Program, University of Merdeka Malang. This journal aims to disseminate information both on the results of research and development studies as well as critical thinking in the field of tourism. Editors receive scientific articles from researchers, lecturers, and practitioners who are presented in accordance with the specified criteria and the scope of this journal.
In June 1997, Jurnal Pariwisata Pesona was firstly published in printed version. Then in 2016, it expanded from print to an Open Journal System (OJS) with a new format and face. In the same year, Jurnal Pariwisata Pesona has been indexed on Google Scholar and Directory of Open Access Journal (DOAJ). Since July 2018, Jurnal Pariwisata Pesona has nationally been accredited by Science and Technology Index of Indonesia at level 4.Jurnal Pariwisata Pesona | ||||
