Peningkatan Perekonomian Masyarakat Lokal Melalui Pengembangan Potensi Kewilayahan Berbasis Pariwisata (Studi pada Pengelolaan Wisata Pemandian Alam Banyubiru di Kabupaten Pasuruan)

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perekonomian masyarakat lokal dapat dikembangkan melalui potensi kewilayahan berbasis pariwisata. Studi kasus mengangkat Pemandian Alam Banyubiru yang terletak di Desa Sumber Rejo Kecamatan Winongan, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penelitian dilakukan berbasis penelitian kualitatif yang didukung dengan data sekunder yang didapat dari google trend untuk melihat popularitas objek wisata berbasis persepsi pengunjung. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Pemandian Alam Banyubiru relatif butuh upaya untuk menata empat prinsip tata kelola pariwisata atau 4A (Attraction, Amenities, Accesibility, dan Ancillary) agar tingkat popularitasnya bisa ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pentingnya pentingnya penerapan Legitimated Participation, Collaborative Participation maupun Consulting Participation untuk mendongkrak peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal berbasis pariwisata.
