Rancang bangun sistem transmisi roda gigi miring pada alat pemutar penegang rantai Tank AMX-13 merupakan pengembangan dari peralatan pemeliharaan dan perawatan ranpur Tank AMX-13. Cara kerja alat pemutar penegang rantai Tank AMX-13 kondisi saat ini masih manual, sehingga memerlukan banyak tenaga manusia dan waktu dalam proses penyetelan rantai Tank. Rancang bangun pada sistem transmisi roda gigi miring pada alat pemutar penegang rantai Tank AMX-13 tersebut, meliputi: roda gigi miring, poros transmisi, bantalan, pasak, kopling dan baut pengikat. Hasil penelitian rancang bangun roda gigi miring dapat mentransmisikan momen torsi dari torsi awal 14 kg-m menjadi 0,572 kg-m dan menghasilkan efisiensi transmisi 96,14%. Kesimpulan penelitian rancang bangun sistem transmisi roda gigi miring dapat menurunkan torsi dari 14 kg-m menjadi 0,572 kg-m dan bahan yang digunakan pada setiap komponen dapat dioperasionalkan dan memenuhi syarat untuk diaplikasikan pada alat pemutar penegang rantai Tank AMX–13.Downloads
