Energi surya ( energi matahari ) adalah sumber energi yang Renewable artinya sumber energi yang dapatdiperbaharui keberadaannya. Dengan memanfaatkan energi ini, tidak akan pernah habis .Dengan peralatanhasil rancang bangun yang dibuat oleh manusia akan membantu mengurangi pemakaian bahan bakarterutama bahan bakar minyak bumi yang selama ini merupakan primadona sumber energi di dunia. Ovenpengering ini dirancang dengan tenaga ganda yaitu memakai dua macam sumber panas apabila siang harimemakai Sinar Matahari bila malam hari mempergunakan bahan penyimpan panas ( kerikil dan lilin /malam). Dengan cara mengalirkan udara yang melewati logam pemanas ( heater ), udara panas ini dapatdipakai untuk mengeringkan bahan-bahan yang diletakkan didalam pengering / oven.References
