Abstract

Proses pembuatan sediaan hapus darah tepi yang ada pada tempat pelayanan medis saat ini banyakdilakukan secara manual dan tidak dapat dilakukan oleh semua orang, sehingga hanya orang-orangtertentu saja yang dapat melakukan proses pengujian ini, dan untuk ketelitian masih rendah. Untuk itudiperlukan suatu alat untuk meningkatkan pembacaan hasil sediaan hapus darah tepi yang baik. Pengujiankerja alat tersebut di tentukan parameter-parameter yang mempengaruhi hasil uji, yaitu kecepatanhapusan : 86 cm/dt, dan 177 cm/dt, sudut hapusan : 35°, 40°, 45°, dan jarak pergerakan media kacaobyek: 40 mm, 50 mm dan 60 mm. Proses pembuatan hapus darah tepi yang baik dapat diperoleh denganjarak pergerakan media kaca 60 mm dalam kecepatan 177 cm/dt dengan posisi sudut hapusan 45°.
