ANALISIS FATIQUE LIFE CYCLE PADA HIGH PRESSURE TURBINE NOZZLE TERHADAP EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE ENGINE CFM56-3

Cycle fatigue life merupakan suatu siklus yang menunjukkan gejala kelelahan yang dialami material, yangdiakibatkan oleh suatu proses melemahnya kekuatan material yang terdapat pada suatu komposisi materialterhadap material dasar (nuclei) terhadap pengaruh temperatur dan pressure yang dialami oleh suatu materialpada engine CFM56-3. Adapun high pressure turbine nozzle merupakan hal yang akan dibahas dalam analisacycle fatigue dengan sebuah material yang dimilikinya dengan nama directionally solidified rene 142(DSR142). Adapun gejala-gejala yang akan timbul dalam proses fatigue terdapat dua kategori yaitu low cyclefatigue dan high cycle fatigue. Low cycle fatigue ialah suatu plastic dan elastic deformasi yang terjadi akibatpengaruh shock temperature pada saat turbin di on-off atau start-stop, sedangkan high cycle fatigue sendiriialah low load elastic defomasi terjadi akibat adanya suatu variasi tekanan gas yang disebabkan oleh prosespembakaran.References
