PENGARUH VARIASI KOMPOSISI DEGREASING DAN WAKTU ANODIZING TERHADAP LAJU KEAUSAN DAN KETAHANAN AUS

Banyak komponen otomotif maupun industri yang bekerjanya bergesekan antara komponen yang satu dengan lainnya sehingga terjadi keausan. Hal ini berdampak pada : biaya maintenance menjadi membengkak, Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam hal ini uji aushasil anodizing dengan variasi waktu pencelupan dengan berbagai komposisi cairan pembakar (degreasing), sedangkan spesimen yang digunakan adalah Al 6082.Hasil anodizing, Ketahanan aus terendah sebesar 22, 542 % berbanding terbalik dengan laju keausan tertinggi sebesar 0,00026 g/s pada komposisi degreasing: Phosphor : 75 % ; H2SO4 : 20 %; HNO3 : 5 % dengan waktu anodizing 10 menit. Laju keausan (rate wear) semakin rendah maka ketahanan aus semakin tinggi, dan waktu anodizing semakin lama maka ketahanan ausnyasemakin meningkat.References
