ANALISA SISTEM HIDROLIK ALAT PELEPAS PAD SHOE TANK LEOPARD

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa performa sistem hidrolik pelepas pad shoe Tank Leopard. Performa dari sistem hidrolik ditunjukan oleh nilai tekanan kerja dan daya baik, daya pompa hidrolik maupun daya motor listrik. Hasil pengujian menunjukan performa sistem hidrolik alat pelepas pad shoe bekerja sangat baik dan aman hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai tekanan kerja yaitu 33,33% dari tekanan maksimum, daya kerja motor listrik 96,35% dari daya maksimalnya dan daya kerja pompa hidrolik 65% dari daya maksimum pompa hidrolik. Penggunaan alat hidrolik juga mampu menghemat waktu pelepasan pad shoe sebesar 37 detik dibanding pelepasan secara manual yang selama ini dilakukan membutuhkan waktu 90 detik.
