Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility Perusahaan Pelaku Proyek Nasional yang Berkelanjutan

This article aims to analyze the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by companies in directly contributing to communities affected by national development projects, as well as identifying legal obstacles in its implementation. This research uses empirical legal research methods, with interview techniques and field studies to obtain real data on the CSR implementation practices carried out by the company. The research results show that PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur has complied with and followed Law Number 40 of 2007 in implementing CSR, covering various social, empowerment, and environmental aspects. In this context, the research suggests the need for stronger regulations and tighter oversight mechanisms from the government, as well as active community involvement to ensure the sustainability and positive impact of CSR programs on the affected communities. Thus, companies can remain consistent in making greater contributions towards achieving inclusive and responsible sustainable development goals.
