Analisis efektivitas sistem informasi rumah sakit dengan pendekatan E-GovQual dan UTAUT

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the RSUD HIS application in Kutai Barat Regency using the E-GovQual and UTAUT methods to assess service quality and technology acceptance factors. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations involving application users, including patients and medical staff. The findings indicate that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions significantly influence application usage. While the application has improved administrative efficiency and healthcare services, challenges such as limited features and network stability remain. Therefore, improving technological infrastructure, adding features such as appointment reminders, and enhancing data security are recommended to increase user satisfaction.
