Analisis efektivitas sistem informasi rumah sakit dengan pendekatan E-GovQual dan UTAUT

The online registration application serves as a communication bridge between the public and medical personnel at Harapan Insan Sendawar Regional Hospital (RSUD HIS), located in West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province. However, the implementation of this application faces challenges related to its effectiveness and service quality, with both medical staff and patients experiencing difficulties in accessing and utilizing the application optimally. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the online registration application implemented by RSUD HIS using the E-GovQual and UTAUT methods to assess service quality and technology acceptance factors. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations of application users, including patients and medical personnel. The results show that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions significantly influence the use of the application. Although the application has improved administrative efficiency and healthcare services, challenges such as limited features and network stability persist. Therefore, improvements in technological infrastructure, the addition of features such as appointment reminders, and enhanced data security are recommended to increase user satisfaction.
