Author Fees
Starting from Vol. 4 No. 2 (2026), JISAD prioritizes the use of English as the primary language for manuscript submission and publication to enhance global reach and academic impact. However, manuscripts written in Bahasa Indonesia are still accepted, particularly from local authors, provided they meet the journal’s quality standards.
Regarding publication charges, JISAD applies the following publishing fee policy:
- Indonesian Authors: IDR 600,000
- International Authors: Free of Charge
The publication fee supports the editorial process, peer review management, plagiarism checking, layout editing, and final publication of the article.
In accordance with JISAD’s publication workflow, payment is required once the manuscript is declared within the journal’s scope and is about to enter the review process, which is indicated by the issuance of a publishing invoice by the Editor. After receiving the invoice, the Author is required to complete the payment and submit proof of payment to proceed to the review and subsequent publication stages.
Through this policy, JISAD remains committed to maintaining high publication standards while encouraging broader international participation through its free publication policy for international authors.
