MLJ Merdeka Law Journal is a scientific publication affiliated with the Law Masters Program in the University of Merdeka Malang  Graduate Program. MLJ Merdeka Law Journalsite provides journal articles for free download. The journal is a national scientific journal which is a reference source of academics in the field of law research.

It has been nationally accredited by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of Indonesia by the letter 72/E/KPT/2024 on April 1, 2024. SINTA-4 Rating, from Volume 2 Issue 1, 2021 to Volume 6 Issue 2, 2025

Instructions for
Authors :

Authors should submit only papers that have been carefully proofread and polished. Manuscripts are accepted with the understanding that they are an original or extended version of previously published papers in conferences and/or journals and that, if the work received an official sponsorship, it has been duly released for open publication. Before submission please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal paper template. The authors must refer to MLJ Merdeka Law Journal for writing format and style (Please download and use as the MANUSCRIPT TEMPLATE for an initial manuscript submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on AUTHOR GUIDELINES and REVIEW GUIDELINES will not be processed/ Rejected by the editors before further review.

The author must ensure that the author has written the original work fully if the author has used the work and/or words of others who have been quoted correctly, and if found indications of plagiarism (above 50%) in the text, then the MLJ Merdeka Law Journal automatically has the right to reject the manuscript. The MLJ Merdeka Law Journal strongly recommends, too, an important part of the manuscript before it is published. The author also appreciates writing in the MLJ Merdeka Law Journal of publications, duplicates, or excessive fraud.

We strongly prefer to receive manuscripts via our online SUBMISSIONS system. Using this system, authors can upload manuscript files (text, figures, and supplementary information, including video) directly to our office and check on the status of their manuscripts during the review process. First, kindly please register as the author follow these REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS, and then you should log in to submit your papers. Please don´t forget to tick author when you make a registration. Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
