Abstract

Pelaku usaha terlapor yang tidak menerima putusan KPPU yang berupa tindakan administratif dapatmengajukan keberatan ke Pengadilan Negeri tempat kedudukan hukum usaha pelaku usaha terlapor dandidaftar sesuai dengan prosedur pendaftaran perkara perdata. Apabila dikaji dari hukum acara perdatakedudukan KPPU sebagai pihak yang digugat, sehingga pengajuan keberatan seharusnya diajukan diPengadilan Negeri tempat kedudukan hukum KPPU.
