Welcome to the official website of Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum. In the spirit of further proliferation of knowledge on the legal in Indonesia to the wider communities, this website provides journal articles for free download. Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum is a scientific periodical published by the Faculty of Law, University of Merdeka Malang Publishers, which includes a variety of research in the field of law, the analysis of actual case studies, or ideas related to actual laws in parts of South East Asia with comparisons of laws in the world. Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum is formed in 1996 and many manuscripts were published until recent days. A scientific periodical is intended as a means of scientific communication and a means of fostering, developing, and strengthening knowledge in the field of law. Academics, legal practitioners, or anyone interested in the field of law may submit their papers to the editor with the guidelines in writing. Focus studies specific fields of law, such as Land Law Reform; Industrial Law; Customary/Adat Law; Philosophy of Law; Fundamental Law; Criminal Law; Penal Policy; Legal Theory; Comparative Law; Corporate Law; Finance Law; Cybercrime; Intellectual Property Law; Commercial Law; Environmental Law; Consumer Protection; Human Rights; Constitutional and Administrative Law; Air and Space Law; Customary Institution Law; Religious Jurisprudence Law; International Regime Law; and Legal Pluralism Governance issues in South East Asia. Legal researchers on legal issues in South East Asia are encouraged to contribute articles based on current research with comparisons of laws in the world.

Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum has been Accredited “Rank 3”(Peringkat 3) as a scientific journal under the decree of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia, Decree Nomor: 23/E/KPT/2019, August 19^th, 2019. More several other changes in Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum are informed in the Journal History.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Authors should submit only papers that have been carefully proofread and polished. Manuscripts are accepted with the understanding that they are an original or extended version of previously published papers in conferences and/or journals and that, if the work received an official sponsorship, it has been duly released for open publication. Before submission please make sure that your paper is prepared using the Manuscript Template. The authors must refer to Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum for writing format and style (Please download and use as the Manuscript Template for an initial manuscript submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on Authors Guidelines and Review Guidelines or using a different format, will not be processed/ rejected by the editors before further review. The editor will only accept manuscripts that comply with the format specifications.

The author must ensure that the author has written the original work fully if the author has used the work and/or words of others who have been quoted correctly, and if found indications of plagiarism (above 25%) in the text, the Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum automatically has the right to reject manuscript by the editors.  Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum strongly recommends, too, an important part of the manuscript before it is published. The author also appreciates writing in Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum about publications, duplicates, or excessive fraud.

Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum only accepts manuscripts through Online Submissions made using the Open Journal System. Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum absolutely does NOT accept manuscript submissions via email.

Online Submissions by Open Journal System in Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum, authors can upload manuscript files (text, figures, and supplementary information, including video) directly to our office and check on the status of their manuscripts during the review process. First, kindly please register as the author and follow these Instructions for Author, and then you should log in to submit your papers. Please don´t forget to tick the author when you make a registration. Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

There is no LoA created by the Editor. LoA is issued only in the form of paper notifications received at the initial stage, namely the submissions queue. Not necessarily accepted submissions review, submissions editing, and publication.
