Authors should submit only papers that have been carefully proofread and polished. Manuscripts are accepted with the understanding that they are an original or extended version of previously published papers in conferences and/or journals and that, if the work received an official sponsorship, it has been duly released for open publication. Before submission please make sure that your paper is prepared using the Manuscript Template. The authors must refer to Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum for writing format and style (Please download and use as the Manuscript Template for an initial manuscript submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on Authors Guidelines and Review Guidelines or using a different format, will not be processed/ rejected by the editors before further review. The editor will only accept manuscripts that comply with the format specifications.

The author must ensure that the author has written the original work fully if the author has used the work and/or words of others who have been quoted correctly, and if found indications of plagiarism (above 25%) in the text, the Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum automatically has the right to reject manuscript by the editors. Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum strongly recommends, too, an important part of the manuscript before it is published. The author also appreciates writing in Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum about publications, duplicates, or excessive fraud.

Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum only accepts manuscripts through Online Submissions made using the Open Journal System. Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum absolutely does NOT accept manuscript submissions via email. Online Submissions by Open Journal System in Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum, authors can upload manuscript files (text, figures, and supplementary information, including video) directly to our office and check on the status of their manuscripts during the review process.
