Declaration of Generative AI Use

Authors must disclose any use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in the preparation of their manuscript upon submission.

This journal recognizes that generative AI and AI-assisted technologies (“AI Tools”), when used responsibly, may assist researchers in improving efficiency, gaining timely insights, and enhancing research outcomes. Such tools may be used to support literature synthesis, research mapping, gap identification, idea generation, content organization, and language improvement. However, AI Tools must not replace human critical judgment, scholarly expertise, or authorial responsibility. Their use must remain subject to appropriate human oversight and control.

Authors remain fully responsible and accountable for the content of their manuscript. This includes verifying the accuracy, completeness, and objectivity of AI-generated output; reviewing cited sources for validity; revising all AI-assisted content to ensure originality and authenticity; disclosing the use of AI transparently; and ensuring compliance with data privacy, intellectual property, and other applicable rights.

AI Tools must not be listed as authors or co-authors, as authorship carries responsibilities that can only be assumed by human contributors.

Any use of AI Tools in manuscript preparation must be declared in the Authorship Statement Letter of Scientific submitted together with the manuscript.

Example disclosure:
During the preparation of this work, the author(s) used [NAME OF TOOL / SERVICE] for [PURPOSE]. After using this tool/service, the author(s) reviewed and edited the content as necessary and accept full responsibility for the content of the published article.

This requirement does not apply to basic tools used solely for grammar, spelling, or reference checking. If no generative AI tools were used, no declaration is necessary.

To protect authors’ rights and the confidentiality of submitted work, this journal does not permit the use of generative AI or AI-assisted technologies by reviewers or editors during the peer-review and manuscript evaluation process.
