The use of technology in the tourism sector is increasingly developing, and its role is considered important in enhancing the competitiveness of tourist destinations. Taman Rekreasi Alam Mayang, as a natural tourist attraction that provides facilities for recreation and events, has not yet optimally utilized information systems and information technology (IS/IT) due to limited IT infrastructure and a lack of integration in business processes supported by technology. This has resulted in less efficient business processes. To remain an attractive recreational park for tourists, Taman Rekreasi Alam Mayang requires an IS/IT plan to manage the existing systems and to plan for the development of new IS/IT to support business processes and add value for tourists. This research uses the strategic SI planning method developed by Anita Cassidy, which consists of four phases: visioning, analysis, direction, and recommendation. In addition, Value Chain, SWOT, and Porter’s Five Forces analyses are also applied, as well as the use of the McFarlan Grid to map the priorities of the applications to be developed. The result of this research is a roadmap for the development of new information systems, including an event reservation system and a ticketing system, which are expected to help streamline business processes, an educational system for the Mayang Natural Recreation Park and a virtual tour as innovations to enhance the tourist experience, as well as a GIS system and a management information system to support the company's operations.
